By using Hide & Seek Tag, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Game

Hide & Seek Tag is a real-life GPS-based game. You play by physically moving around in the real world.

• Play responsibly. Watch where you're going. Don't run into traffic or trespass on private property.
• Play in safe areas. Don't play near roads, cliffs, water, or other hazards.
• Respect other people. Don't enter private property, bother bystanders, or play in inappropriate locations.
• Be honest about tags. The tag system relies on players confirming tags honestly.

Safety

You play at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur while playing.

Players under 13 should have parental supervision. Players under 18 should have parental permission.

Fair Play

• Don't use GPS spoofing or location manipulation tools.
• Don't intentionally grief, harass, or bully other players.
• Don't exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages. Report them instead.
